When you arrive at the poster session check in at your research stream's assigned location (see below). The first person in team to arrive to poster session will obtain name badges for their team. You should leave coats and bags in these rooms.

When not in charge of presenting your poster, you (individually) will be critiquing two student posters. One poster will be assigned and the other poster is a poster of your choice.

To critique a poster, you must find your assigned poster in the google sheet below (Ctrl+F and search for your name) and follow the link to the evaluation survey. Submit ONE evaluation survey for each poster. Survey is based off of the poster rubric which can be used to guide you through the survey questions.

While critiquing these posters, make sure to engage with presenters by asking at least one question.

Once you have finished filling out the survey, click on the submit button.

Repeat the process for your second poster evaluation (for your 2nd evaluation you choose the poster, you are encouraged to choose one from a different stream!).
