Autumn Term
year 1
We are learning about algorithms in Year 1 this term. So far, we have learned that an algorithm is like an instruction and that although computers are clever, they aren't as clever as us so we need to give them very precise instructions!
year 2
This term our topic has been iserach. In this unit the children have looked at the history of the internet aswell as looking and using the internet. The children were able to use Google as a serach engine.
Year 3
year 4
This Autumn, our topics have been "Email" and "Data". In our email topic, we have been learning what emails are, how they are sent and why we use them. In our data topic, we have been inputting data and learning about different programs where we can store information. In the picture here, we are using excel to input information.
