Time to Explore Careers

Middle school is the perfect time to begin thinking about and exploring future careers. Here at Castle Rock, we use a software site called Xello to help students take the first steps toward widening their exploration of possible careers by first getting to know themselves and their interests better.

Students can also use their Xello accounts to enter information about their work experiences, volunteer experiences, interests and hobbies, awards and more. This information can help them to identify college scholarship opportunities down the road as well as allow them to generate a professional-looking resume instantly from within Xello when they start searching for jobs and internships.
