CamNorte pledges financial aid to Camnorteño students in BUCM

The Provincial Government of Camarines Norte (PGCN) has collaborated with Bicol University (BU) and pledged financial support to Camnorteños enrolled at the BU College of Medicine as part of its initiative to assist disadvantaged and worthy residents of the province in pursuing their ambitions of becoming physicians.

Through a Memorandum of Agreement signing held at the Ricardo A. Arcilla Conference Room on December 20, 2022, the scholars may receive at most ₱50,000 per semester from PGCN. This project is part of the PGCN’s Scholarship for Medical Students’ Ordinance of Camarines Norte through Sangguniang Panlalawigan Ordinance No. 636, series of 2022 entitled “An Ordinance Establishing Financial Assistance for Medical Students of Camarines Norte, Prescribing Guidelines for the Grant and Providing Funds Thereof.”
