Negotiations shall be open to all interested bidders. The eligibility and bidding documents are posted at PhilGeps and BU website. Interested contractors who did not purchase bidding documents for the previous bidding may join, provided that they shall pay the applicable bidding fee, not later than the submission of bids.

 

Bicol University reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Sections 35.6 and 41 of the 2016 Revised IRR of RA 9184, without incurring liability to the affected bidder or bidders.

Rehabilitation/Renovation of Oropesa Building

(CW-2022-40)

 

1.        The Bicol University, through the C.O- Fund -01 intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Pesos Only (Php 15,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation/Renovation of the Oropesa Building at BUCAF Campus (CW-2022-40). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

 

2.        The Bicol University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project (under early procurement).  Completion of the Works is required 300 calendar days.  Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.  The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

 

3.        Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.

 

4.        Interested bidders may obtain further information from Bicol University and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8 am to 5pm.

 

5.        A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on April 29, 2023 to May 22, 2023 from given address and website/s below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of  Ten  Thousand Pesos. 1.        The Bicol University, through the  Fund 05 (rental of facilities usable) intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (1,920,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Completion of Women’s Dormitory at BU East Campus (CW-2023-08). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

 

2.        The Bicol University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.  Completion of the Works is required 90 calendar days.  Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.  The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

          The Bicol University, through the Corporate Budget for the contract approved by the Board of Regents intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Ninety Thousand Twenty Nine Pesos Only (Php790,029.00) charged to Fund 01  being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments for the contract: Infrastructure and Smart Campus Development, Operationalization of Face to Face Classes and Upgrading/Procurement of Equipment (Repair and Maintenance of the BUPC Facility Where the Clinic will be Transferred).

 

          The Bicol University now requests proposals from bonafide suppliers to submit proposals for the: Infrastructure and Smart Campus Development, Operationalization of Face to Face Classes and Upgrading/Procurement of Equipment (Repair and Maintenance of the BUPC Facility Where the Clinic will be Transferred).

          Procurement will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement– an alternative methods of procurement specified and prescribed under rule XVI - Alternative Modes of Procurement, Section 53.9 – Negotiated Procurement (Small Value Procurement), of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as Government Procurement Reform Act.

            The Bicol University now requests proposals from bonafide suppliers to submit proposals for the: Retrofitting of Counselling Room at Guidance Office (Construction of Comfort Room and Installation of Window Grills and Blinds at Counseling Room.

            Procurement will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement– an alternative methods of procurement specified and prescribed under rule XVI - Alternative Modes of Procurement,       Section 53.9 – Negotiated Procurement (Small Value Procurement), of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as Government Procurement Reform Act.

 

            Supplier shall submit proposals on or before October 13, 2022, 1:00 PM to Bicol University BAC-Infra Secretariat Office, 2nd Floor Aquilino Bonto Building. (formerly MP Bldg), Rizal Street Legazpi City.

 

Bicol University reserves the right to reject any or all the bids, waive any defect or informality therein, accept the bid and award the contract to the most advantageous offer to the Bicol University, for and in behalf of the project.             The Bicol University, through the Corporate Budget for the contract approved by the Board of Regents intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php200,000.00) charged to     Trust Fund F-07; being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments for the contract: ICTO Generator Housing.
