This area focuses on ensuring high standards in faculty performance and development. It includes both general and specific objectives aimed at enhancing teaching, research, and community engagement. Adequate and relevant projects and activities are implemented to meet these goals, supported by systematic and effective procedures. Resources and materials are sufficiently provided to aid faculty performance. Active participation of stakeholders is evident in major initiatives. Faculty achievements include awards of distinction, research grants, papers presented in R&D symposia/fora, and publications in refereed journals, books of abstracts, creative works, and inventions—demonstrating a commitment to academic excellence and innovation.
