By Cristian Llerena
Adam Richard Sandler (born September 9, 1966) is an American comedian, actor, and filmmaker. Sandler was raised in Manchester, New Hampshire, the youngest of four children. Academically disinclined, he was frequently disciplined for his comedic antics in school. He first performed at a stand-up comedy club in Boston at age seventeen at the urging of his brother. Adam Sandler is a good actor because he is inspirational, successful, and funny. Adam Sandler is also a good actor because he has inspired many other people to be actors.
Sandler has amassed a fortune throughout his career, but not all came from comedy. His net worth of $420 million (as of 2019) has come from various ventures in the film industry and the music industry.
People think Adam does not deserve all the money he has made. People hate him because they want to be him. I still believe That’s My Boy is a hilarious movie, but I understand why a Sandler laugh often catches in the throat. You do not quite want these laughs to count because you are not sure he is earned them.
Overall, Adam Sandler is a good actor. He has made over 450 million dollars, and there is just no reason he is not a good actor.
Barry Bonds Deserves Acceptance into the Baseball Hall of Fame
By Jacob Pinchuk
Barry Bonds was accused of taking steroids to increase his strength. He even publicly said he did. Due to this incident, Barry Bonds will not be elected into the baseball hall of fame. Barry Bonds is the all-time home run leader with 762 in his career and seventy-three home runs in his MVP campaign season of 2001 (Brittanica.com). Barry Bonds should be in the baseball hall of fame because he hit 762 home runs in his career, seventy-three home runs in one season, and hit 411 home runs before he took steroids.
Barry Bonds is the record holder for the all-time home runs in one career [762]. Barry Bonds achieved this record on August 7, 2007, shattering Hank Aaron's record of 755 which stood for over thirty years. Bonds did not stop at 756 he continued to show his dominance by hitting six more home runs.
Bonds did not stop breaking records. He also broke the single-season home run record in his incredible 2001 MVP campaign season. Bonds hit seventy-three home runs in one season, which means that he hit a home run every other game he played that season. Bonds broke Mark McGwire's seventy-home run season. This season was so unreal that Bonds did this with nine more games in the season, this was so insane that Barry Bonds had twenty-eight more hours of gameplay to increase his total home runs.
Some might argue that Bonds does not belong in the Hall of Fame because of steroid use. While this might be true, he deserves to be there because. Studies showed that steroids may increase your muscle mass. Even though Barry bonds might have taken steroids, hitting 762 home runs under any circumstance is unbelievable.
Overall, Barry bonds should have not taken steroids there is no argument against that, but the game recognizes the game. Barry Bonds was one heck of a ballplayer, and I know that others can agree with me.

Poseidon Biography
By Gabriella Broumandi
Poseidon, also known as Neptune is the god of the seas, oceans, and rivers. Not only can he control water he can control everything that dwells within it. He also has powers that he shares with the gods like shapeshifting and super strength.
Poseidon was born to Rhea and Cronos, the leaders of the world. Cronos was evil and had eaten Poseidon's siblings Demeter, Hestia, Hera, and Hades. Then Zeus, the youngest of the six siblings saved them all when he deceived his father into drinking poison. After all his siblings came out of Cronos, Zeus chopped his father into thousands of pieces and threw them into the pit of Tartarus. At last Poseidon was free and able to walk around without bumping into one of his siblings.
Poseidon had mood swings. One second he was happy, the next he was grumpy, and the next he was creating a huge earthquake because he felt like it. Sailors made sure that they gave a few sacrifices, (preferably a bull) before they went on an expedition to a strange faraway land. That is how he recieved his nickname “Earthshaker” Just to be clear, you wanted to be on Poseidon's good side. Fortunately for the sailors, most of the time he was calm and did not want to cause havoc for the fun of it.
Poseidon thought that he was loved by everyone so he decided to become a patron for a city. He decided that he wanted to try Attica the biggest and most important cities in Greece, but unfortunately Athena the goddess of wisdom beat him to it. The mortals of the city were torn. Choose Athena the goddess of wisdom and warfare or Poseidon the god of the seas. Athena decided that they should have a contest. Who ever had the better creation for the city would be the new patron. Poseidon went first and created horses out of water. They were agile and quick and the mortals looked at Athena wondering if she could beat Poseidon. Athena decided that she would create an olive tree. The olive tree had beautiful leaves and did not take up too much space. Everyone immediately thought that Poseidon's gift was ten times better. Athena could not lose to Poseidon so she told them that it was easy to take care of and they would be able to export the olives around the world and become rich. When they heard this they were sold. The mortals decided that Athena had won the competition.
Overall Poseidon is a pretty cool God. Even though he does not always get everything he wants he still has everything he needs. Now you know a lot more about Poseidon.
