This dish is for you if you are ever in the mood for a savory and delicious dessert. The sweetness of the blueberry completes the tasty, cheesy feta and the well-flavored nann bread. Once you take a bite of this delicious and savory dish, your tastebuds will thank you for this creamy and salty dish. This dish will satisfy those savory cravings you've always had with a fun experience of making and eating it.
Ingredients
Two naan flatbreads. See notes below
One teaspoon of olive oil
1 cup thinly sliced red onion
kosher salt
pinch red pepper flakes
Two tablespoons honey
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup feta cheese
1 cup blueberries
Micro-arugula or regular baby arugula

Homemade sushi
By Sofia Gagunashvili
You can make sushi at home by buying a kit from Target, Amazon, or a Japanese store, but if you are still looking for it, here is a short recipe.
Please ensure you get seaweed specific for making sushi, which should be stated on the package. It will sometimes say "nori" on the package.
Ingredients
1 1/3 cups water
2/3 cup uncooked short-grain white rice
3 tablespoons of rice vinegar
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
4 sheets of nori seaweed sheets
1 1/2 pound imitation crab meat, flaked
1 avocado - peeled, pitted, and sliced
1 cucumber, peeled, cut into small strips
2 tablespoons of pickled ginger
Directions
Gather up all the ingredients and preheat the oven to 300
Bring water to a boil in a medium pot; stir in rice. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until rice is tender and water has been absorbed, twenty to twenty-five minutes.
Lay nori sheets on a baking sheet
Heat nori in the preheated oven until one to two minutes warm.
Center one nori sheet on a bamboo sushi mat ( you can find this in Target). Use wet hands to spread a thin layer of rice on top. Arrange one/four of the crabmeat, avocado, cucumber, and ( recommended) pickled ginger over rice in a line down the center.
Lift one end of the mat tightly over the filling to make a complete roll. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
Use a sharp, wet knife to cut each roll ( four to six slices)
Enjoy your sushi with a side of soy sauce. If you don't have a bamboo sushi mat, the easiest way to roll sushi is with a clean dish towel.

How to make authentic Bulgogi (Korean beef BBQ)
By Skylar Kesler
½ pounds boneless rib eye steak
½ small pear, peeled and coarsely grated
¼ cup reduced sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
1 tablespoon gochujang, Korean red pepper paste
2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
Directions
There are many ways to make this Korean meat, but my favorite is the traditional way and the Soeal recipe, too, so those are the two I will be showing today. These are the main meals, so if you want to make them for fun, they take a lot of time, and you need certain seasonings from Korean or Asian markets.
First, traditionally, You will need thinly sliced beef marinated in a flavorful sauce. The beef typically takes a few hours to tenderize and absorb the sauce. Add some mushrooms and vegetables, but make sure your main focus is on the meat. Add a hint of green onion (My grandma adds a lot, making it taste better). To make the sauce, put it in a saucepan with soy, apple juice, and sugar. Heat until the sugar melts, then mix in the ginger, green onions, and sesame oil, and that is it!
Second, the Seoul style is very similar to the Traditional, but this meal incorporates sea kelp broth, and that may sound like you need to try it! The beef is generally cooked in a special dome-shaped pan, channeling the meat juices and broth downwards to the meat, creating a rich, savory liquid perfect for putting on rice and Korean noodles.

Sugar Cookies
By Melissa Gomes
What tastes better than some cookies? Mainly cut-out sugar cookies! Sugar cookies have been a tradition in many different cultures; for European tradition, gingerbread cookies have been famous in Europe since the 10th century, with elaborately decorated gingerbread houses and figures becoming a Christmas tradition. However, in Germany, the tradition of Lebkuchen (spiced honey cookies) dates back to the 13th century, and these were often cut into shapes and decorated.
Moreover, in Scandinavia, the tradition of decorating crisp, buttery cookies with royal icing and sprinkles has existed for centuries. Last but not least, the classic cut-out sugar cookies are an American tradition. In the 19th century, cookie cutters became widely available, allowing for the mass production of shaped cookies, including Christmas-themed designs. The popularity of cut-out sugar cookies grew in the 20th century, with families making them together as a holiday activity.
Ingredients
2 cups (400g) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup (200g) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Add the egg and vanilla and mix until well combined.
3. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix until a smooth dough forms. Divide the dough in half, shape it into discs, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate it for at least 1 hour (or up to 3 days).
4. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
5. Place one of the dough discs on a lightly floured surface and roll it out to about 1/4-inch (0.5 cm) thickness. Cut out shapes with cookie cutters (trees, stars, balls, etc.).
6. Carefully transfer the cut-out cookies to the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
7. Bake for 8–10 minutes, until lightly golden around the edges. Allow to cool completely on the baking sheet before decorating.
8. Decorate the cooled cookies with royal icing, sprinkles, etc., if desired.
Enjoy your delicious sugar cookies.

Persian Food
By Kyla Bijari
There are so many different kinds of Persian food. Today, I will be talking about three of them.
The first food is Kebab, which is the most famous Persian food. It is usually served with rice. It is made of either lamb meat, but regional recipes may include beef, goat, chicken, fish, or pork. It is delicious, and I recommend it if you have never tried it.
The following food is Persian macaroni. It is like spaghetti but crispy on top. It sometimes has potatoes on top. It is super good; you should try it if needed.
Last but not least is Tahdig, which is Persian rice. It is made of Basmati rice. It is a rice cake with layers of rice, yogurt, and butter. Tahdig is one of my favorites. Persian foods are super good.
In conclusion, there are three kinds of Persian foods, and I hope you try all of them.
Moroccan Food
By Mielle Bitton
Morocco is located in northern Africa. Their food is so good, full of flavor and excitement. When you take a bite, your mouth explodes with flavor.
The first dish I will discuss is a classic—the traditional Moroccan couscous. Couscous is a fine grain made from semolina wheat. It is most often served with vegetables or meat. The couscous is light, fluffy, and full of flavor. As the Munchery website states, "Couscous is celebrated with a special day in Morocco called "Couscous Friday."
The next dish is harira. It is a soup made from tomatoes, lentils, chickpeas, and spices. It is often enriched with meat and served with a squeeze of lemon. Some people use this dish to break Ramadan, a holiday during which you fast when the sun is out and eat after sundown.
The last dish is Kefta Mkaouara (Meatball Tagine). This dish consists of spiced meatballs simmered in a rich tomato sauce and often topped with poached eggs. The flavors are intense, with a comprehensive blend of spices. This is a loved dish in Moroccan homes, frequently enjoyed as a communal meal. The Munchery website states, "Its simplicity, combined with its depth of flavor, makes it a favorite among locals and tourists alike."
As you can see, Moroccan cuisine is full of color and taste. One bite and you will be in heaven. There are many more Moroccan dishes to choose from, but these are just a few that I know.

Healthy Choices in Food
By Kyla Bijari
Have you been trying to eat only healthy foods lately?
The first food is a salad. You can add anything you want to a salad. There are many different salads, such as Caesar salad, Greek salad, and fruit salad. You can put your own thing into a salad if it is healthy.
The following food is eggs. There are many different ways to make eggs, such as an omelet, baked egg, scrambled egg, hard-boiled egg, and more! You can add things to eat on the side with your egg, like avocado, bread, and other things you think would be good with eggs. You can also make an egg sandwich and an egg salad.
The last food is many kinds of fish, such as salmon, tuna, and more. Fish has a lot of protein, vitamins, and nutrients. Overeating fish can be harmful. Nevertheless, having 2-3 servings of fish a week will not harm your body.
In conclusion, those are three healthy meals and food options. I hope this helps you learn about healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner foods.
Good Foods
By Mielle Bitton
We all love to eat junk food—or at least I do. So many foods in the world could make your body alive again. Bring back the healthy food energy. The foods you choose are the most important decisions you make.
Dark green vegetables are one food that can make you healthy. Eating vegetables at least 3-4 times a week is recommended. You could try dark green vegetables: Brussels sprouts, broccoli, Kale, peppers, and spinach. Eating these delicious vegetables could boost your health. It should be a priority to eat vegetables daily.
Another food that can make you healthy is water—simply water. Water is the most needed thing in your life. Drinking at least 8-12 cups of water a day is good. Water hydrates you inside and out and gives your skin a hydrated glow. Drinking water is essential; sometimes, we must remember to drink that much. Ensure you drink enough water, which should always be on your list.
The last food you should eat that can make you healthy is berries. Berries are a great refreshing thing to eat. There are also different kinds of berries. It could be having at least 2-4 servings of fruits or berries daily. It would help if you tried to eat blue, straw, rasp, or blackberries. Including one of these fruits in your everyday diet could benefit your health.
Eating healthy food could benefit you in your everyday activities. Eating better makes you feel better. Getting that rush of energy from delicious fruit should be a daily chore. As I said, the foods you choose are your most important decisions.

Kura Revolving Sushi Bar
By Mazu Rakhsha
One of the most playfully enticing dining experiences available for sushi lovers is a meal at a revolving sushi bar, where the fish travel gently on a conveyor belt surrounding your table, each waiting to be picked up. Particularly for those who have never had this experience before, Kura Revolving Sushi Bar in Sawtelle, California, turns sushi into a magical experience, with cartoonish characters dominating the restaurant's visuals, a high-spirited, humming robot handing out drinks and prizes after hitting sushi milestones (e.g., after five rolls, ten rolls, fifteen rolls), and of course its main feature: a revolving sushi bar.
On first arrival, you will be required to reserve a spot on the waitlist, which tends to be longest on Fridays and Saturdays, or, if it happens to be your lucky day, step right in and select your seat. For those who are unfamiliar with the restaurant, your waiter will likely give you directions as to how the restaurant functions, guiding you through how to select plates from the conveyor belt, put away finished plates, and order food and drinks on your own through a tablet arranged at the center of your table if none of the revolving bar's options are what you desire. Most features are self-explanatory, and after providing this quick tutorial, your waiter will step aside and leave you to select your desired meals.
While all of the restaurant's plates are at least satisfactory, some stand out more than others. Kura Sushi has classic options for sushi roll enthusiasts, such as fresh Rainbow, Spicy Tuna, and California rolls. Their more inventive (and possibly most appetizing) tastes range from their Spider Roll, which features soft shell crab, shrimp, and sesame as its key ingredients, to their Tiger Roll, which is a spicier roll starring an avocado and shrimp combo topped with jalapeno, or their signature Kura Roll, which highlights avocado, seared salmon and lemon garnish to create a uniquely tangy taste. If you would rather have rolls made by hand, these three options are excellent: The perfectly crisp texture of the salmon skin hand roll.
Taco Bell
By Kyla Bijari
Taco Bell is a popular fast-food restaurant. It is known for its tacos, but the menu includes other items.
They have many different options for tacos. They have different taco shells, such as the standard shell, which is very crunchy and yellow. They also have a Dorito shell, which is crunchy, spicy, and orange. The toppings for the tacos include cheese, sour cream, lettuce, beans, tomatoes, and more!
They also have other items on the menu. They have burritos, which you can add whatever you want. They also have cheese or chicken quesadillas. They also have Mexican pizza, which is like pizza, but it has seasoned beef and refried beans between two fried flour tortillas, topped with pizza sauce, a three-cheese blend, and fresh diced tomatoes.
The last thing is their drinks. They have different kinds of soda, such as Pepsi, Coca-Cola, and more. Their popular drink is the Baja Blast, which is Moutain with a small quantity of lime. Their drinks are delicious, especially their Baja Blast.
In conclusion, Taco Bell is a perfect place to get tacos, quesadillas, and Mexican pizza. I highly recommend it.
Canes
By Mielle Bitton
Can you imagine yourself eating a nice soft piece of bread? A nice crispy piece of chicken. Oh, and remember the breathtaking fries. You can get all of that at Canes.
Raising Canes was founded in Baton Rouge, LA, on August 28, 1996. The founders are Todd Graves and Craig Silvey. The Raising Canes mascot is a golden retriever named Canes. The owner, Todd Graves, was going to name it Sockeye's. Then, his friend suggested that they name it after the dog. The dog would always visit the construction site with his owner, which is how Raising Canes was named.
One thing that makes me love canes so much is the memories. The canes I go to are far away, so I rarely go. When I go, I go with my three cousins and my older sister. The oldest cousin drives us. The other two cousins are the same age as me and my sister. I love going and having a blast with my cousins. I love spending time with them, but the food is good too.
I have so many good memories there, and I hope you get to make some, too. There needs to be more on the menu, however. It is just chicken bread, fries, and the striking cane sauce that is mind-blowing. Next time you want to grab a bite to eat and see a cane, you know where to go.
Chick-fil-A
By Mai McCondichie
Chick-fil-A is a popular family-owned restaurant that originated in the South in 1967. RS Truett Cathy started this small business, originally called The Dwarf House, and later became Chick-fil-A. There are over 1,200 Chick-fil-A locations in the states. California has over 167 Chick-fil-A locations, but Texas has the most, with 450 restaurants. California opened the first Chick-fil-A location in Cerritos, California, in 1961.
Chick-fil-A is known for its delicious and straightforward menu, which only offers chicken sandwiches, salads, and tenders, along with these super yummy waffle fries. They give you a choice of tons of tasty sauces or dips and are known for being generous with the amounts of sauce packets they give, which is a plus. Let us remember Arnold Palmer. Their lemonade, mixed with sweet tea, is pure genius. It is so simple but so tasty.
The healthiest item at Chick-fil-A is the egg white grill; the unhealthiest is the hash brown scramble burrito with sausage. My favorite item from Chick-fil-A is the Spicy Chicken sandwich with American cheese, extra pickles, and lettuce with an Arnold Palmer. I love their peach shakes in the summertime, but in the wintertime, I prefer their key lime pie shake.
Although I am a fan of Chick-fil-A, my parents don't allow me to eat it anymore because they believe it is unhealthy. My dad believes their chicken is inaccurate, but it is GMO chicken. Tons of fillers, preservatives, and additives are added to the meat.
