Why Boxing Is a Great Sport!
By Ashton Amirianfar
There are many sports, like basketball, karate, soccer, football, krav maga, taekwondo, and jiu-jitsu, that people enjoy. There is one unique one, though: boxing. Boxing is an outstanding sport suitable for workouts, self-defense, and fat burn. It teaches you many important things, like throwing the right punch and lifting your foot off the ground so it is more powerful.
Let us say a robber comes and jumps you and takes your things. You can use your boxing skills to fight back and defend yourself. If somebody comes and starts a fight with you, they throw a punch. You can block it and punch it in a weak point. If you want to vent your anger, you can punch a boxing bag, which helps. Boxing also helps improve your reaction time and speed.
At my boxing gym, we start with a warm-up like jump ropes, standing still bikes, elliptical, and nonmotorized treadmills. Next, you put your wrap on and do the speed bag for 2-4 rounds; after that, you put on the gloves and go into the boxing ring to spar with other people or to practice with the coach for 2-4 rounds, when you finish the boxing ring you move onto the bags and start punching them for 2-4 rounds, last but not least you go to do table work like push-ups, sit-ups. Then you are finished and leave. The whole workout is about 1 - 1 hour and 3- minutes. Boxing makes you strong, so do not hurt people for no reason.
In conclusion, boxing is perfect because it helps with self-defense, fat loss, muscle gain, reaction time, and speed.
Why You Should Play Badminton
By Jordana Danielpour
Badminton is underrated, and fun is an excellent source of physical activity; it is easy, is not stressful, and is durable to set up. Badminton is underrated because only some have heard of it or don't play it. A classic sport for people is basketball or football, but Badminton has as much to offer as any other sport.
Badminton is fun because you can play it endlessly for minutes to hours, and you will not get tired of it. You can play it with your friends, family, and coworkers. Badminton does not require expensive equipment that is difficult to build; all you need is a 20- —to 40-dollar net and a few packets that you could purchase at sports stores, Amazon, and other online stores.
Badminton also allows for great physical activity. You can move around, run, gain physical strength, and even good reflexes; it does not tire you out. It is the perfect amount of exercise to stay fit and have fun without feeling your body feeling inadequate and constantly sweating or exhausted.
Badminton is also durable and accessible for all ages. You do not need to clear or acquire multiple different plays, like in basketball, and differentiating tiring moves, like in soccer. Badminton is a stress relief instead of a stress creator. No worries about if you are doing it wrong, and no need to memorize plates or moves; Badminton allows you to unwind from a stressful day and leave it all on the court.
In conclusion, Badminton is a great sport choice because it is fun and a good source of physical activity for your body. It will not stress you out; you do not have to memorize instant plays or roles, it is easy to learn, and there is no age limit. I hope you enjoyed this article. Have fun installing your new badminton net and playing with the pens that make life a little bit easier, just like Badminton did for me.
