Password Help
The students can log in to almost all of their programs via Clever. In order to do so, they must be signed into their Google accounts on the devices they are using. Once signed into Google, they can just go to clever.com and click to log in as a student. They should see the screen pictured below, and then they simply click to sign in with Google.
To sign into Google, students would use their student email:
34(firstinitial and last name)@students. bhasd.org
example: 34jhook@students.bhasd.org
Students create their own unique passwords for added security. I am not allowed to keep a list of these passwords. We will, however, learn how to utilize "password hints" to help the students recall their passwords.
Clever is supposed to remember the sign-in and password used for all programs.
Some icons in Clever are links. If prompted, sign in with Google.
Some programs have codes and/or Pins or Passwords. If possible I always make these the last four digits of the student's lunch code.
Epic qaj3940 Pin=last four digits of the student's lunch code
Prodigy sign in with Clever or Google; class code is A91E87B
If prompted for a password it will be the last four digits of the student's lunch code

IXL can be tricky. Students can sign in on their own. When they do this, however, they might be using the free account and not the BHASD account, and their work will not be saved. It's best to sign in from Clever. In any case, they should see the Brandywine emblem with the deer on the sign-in screen, and their username should show "@brandywine" after it. If they don't see yellow stars, they did not sign into their account correctly.
Timestables.com is another program where the students can practice and play games for free, but they will not receive their trophies and medals unless they sign in. Most students will be registered with their first name and their graduation year.
