Personal Information

Greetings! I am excited to have you in class this year. I am currently entering my 19th year as a teacher at BGHS. As a proud graduate of BGISD, I seek to continue the long legacy of excellence. 

I have been married for 13 years to Clarence Calhoun III. We have two sons,  Clarence IV a.nd Ozzie  We enjoy traveling and family time. In my spare time, I dabble in the art of photography, do a little gaming and check out what's new in the comic world. 

Teaching is part of the family business. I come from a long line of educators. I spent many long summers helping my mother get her classroom prepared for the first day of school. Teaching IS my passion.
