DUAL CREDIT  Scholarship

If you are a junior or senior and are currently taking general education dual credit class(es), please complete the following steps below in order to be eligible for the Dual Credit Scholarship (DCS). For the 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 school years, the dual credit scholarship eligibility has been increased to pay for two courses each year instead of two courses per student.

WORK READY Scholarship

If you are taking a Career/Technical Education (e.g. NAA 100) course, please complete the steps below to be eligible for the Work Ready Scholarship (WRS). This scholarship will pay for dual credit CTE courses for freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors.  

STEP 1:  Review the Dual Credit Scholarship Eligibility Flyer

STEP 2:  Complete the KHEAA DCS Application (see tutorial below)

STEP 3:  Watch the Dual Credit Scholarship Counseling Video

STEP 1:  Review the Dual Credit Scholarship Eligibility Flyer BEFORE setting your preferences on KHEAA.  

Keep in mind the cost of each course and consider using the scholarship for your most expensive courses.  

Please note that error selecting courses when setting preferences will jeopardize your ability to receive the scholarship.
