It is important to exercise your right to vote! Registered voters residing within the Bondurant-Farrar district boundaries can cast a ballot.
"Shall the Board of Directors of the Bondurant-Farrar Community School District in the Counties of Polk and Jasper, State of Iowa, be authorized to contract indebtedness and issue General Obligation Bonds in an amount not to exceed $23 million to provide funds to construct, build, furnish, and equip a 7/8 school building and improve the site; and to acquire property?"
Registered voters can vote early in-person at the Polk County Election Office, located at 120 2nd Avenue (Suite A) in Des Moines. Early voting is open August 18, 2020 through September 4, 2020 at 4:30PM.
Registered resident voters can submit an absentee ballot request form to vote via mail. These request forms can be downloaded through the link below or are available through the Polk County Election Office. Absentee ballot request forms must be received by the Polk County Election Office by August 28, 2020 at 4:30PM.
Registered resident voters can vote on September 8, 2020 between the hours of 7AM-8PM. The polling location for this election is the American Legion Hall (Post 395) located at 315 2nd St NW, Bondurant, IA 50035.

September 8, 2020 - A Special Election will be held to authorize the Bondurant-Farrar Community School District to contract indebtedness and issue bonds to construct, build, furnish and equip a new junior high building to be located on district property north of the current high school. The ballot will also include a question regarding the district's Revenue Purpose Statement (RPS) which allows Bondurant-Farrar to continue to use penny sales tax revenue to fund building and technology needs. Polls will be open from 7AM to 8PM.
