*Quote by Dr. Ross Greene
Skill Builders are available to provide virtual support to families. A team of two Skill Builders works in partnership with each family to create a plan to support youth. We offer 15-30 minute sessions for families, one or two times per week.
Our team provides consultation to families interested in short-term support. We offer resources, ideas, and guidance for supporting youth behavior. Consultation consists of two or three phone calls or Zoom meetings. This may be beneficial for families who are not interested in weekly skill building, but would like initial support.
The Skill Building program runs year round, continuing to serve families throughout the summer. Our goal is to stay connected to families and integrate school, home, and community supports in order to best serve youth. We understand schedules shift during summer months and welcome flexibility in the work that we do with families. Summer support can range from periodic check-ins and providing resources to inviting youth and families to summer offerings or individual skill building. Families decide what they would like support to look like.
