AP Chemistry gives the student the chance to try college-level work in high school and gain valuable skills and study habits for college. A qualifying score on the AP exam may result in credit or advanced placement in certain colleges. Students learn about electrochemistry, REDOX chemistry, equilibrium, and more. The College Board Advanced Placement exam is given in early May.

Bethel High School's Math requirement is Algebra II. However, my suggestion is that your math class is precalculus or higher as their is some math not covered in algebra II (most notably logarithms).
