FAQ
Should I rent an instrument or purchase one?
It is important to get the right size of instrument for your child. Often times when instruments are purchased, it is to big for the child. This can cause a lot of frustration in learning to play the instrument properly. Rental shops typically will allow some of your rental money to be applied towards purchase of an instrument should your child choose to pursue playing an instrument. Also, beware of violin shaped objects. While it may seem like a great deal on the internet, the phrase "you get what you pay for" defintely applies. I am happy to assist you in the purchase of an instrument when that time comes!
