Math Habits

The New Jersey Learning Standards outlines 8 Mathematical Standards for Mathematical Practice. These can be difficult to understand for children, but are vital in their development towards Mathematical Proficiency. Below are documents that outline each Practice Standard in kid friendly language. The first page is Grades K-1, then 2-3, 4-5, 6 respectively.
