Employment Opportunities
Berlin High School Students
The job board is meant to be a service to the Berlin High School student community. When we receive information from a business or organization for a job opening, it will be posted here. It is recommended that students follow up on job leads and latest openings by contacting the employer directly. Some very important things to remember:
Working in entry-level jobs is an important part of career readiness. It develops you as a worker and life-long learner.
Most jobs available to students are not a career choice, but rather an opportunity to make money, build skills, build your resume, and establish references for the future.
You may not initially 'like' the job, but it is important that you see the value in a job as well as show appreciation for the opportunity.
Employers hire workers that may not have skills in a particular area, but are looking for workers with a strong work ethic, good communication, time management, and dependability.
See the BHS Work-Based Learning Coordinator for any support you need in applying, interviewing or following up on employment.
You can use the Job Boards below to search, but your best luck is to go to businesses in your area to see who is hiring. Fill out an online application and then follow up with a phone call or visit to talk to the hiring manager.
Jobs on this site may or may not still be available. It is important that the student uses information given to follow up with the employer/business. Any questions can be directed to Ms. Hemming, Work-Based Learning Coordinator. mhemming@berlinschools.org
