Getting outdoors

Try to go outside whenever you can.  Being outside doesn't only mean being at a park or in the woods.  You can just stand in your back/front yard or open your window and look outside.  You can also walk/play with your pet or even just walk around your neighborhood with your family.  Keep moving however you can, just be sure to stay safe!
