BHS Water Polo at the Junion Olympics

USA Water Polo’s 2021 Junior Olympics wrapped up this weekend in Orange County and Berkeley High was well-represented with 9 athletes and Coach Brodie participating.  If you are not familiar with JOs, a comparison might be the Little League World Series, except for every age group from 10U to 18U.  Water polo teams from around the country first compete just to qualify for the tournament, then have an intense 4-day national tournament with at least 8 games per team in an elaborate bracket that ranks all the teams.  Junior Olympics is the pinnacle of pre-collegiate water polo in the US!
