AC is an Active Community

AC Speaks is an official student club at Berkeley High School’s Academic Choice community, dedicated to planning events and strengthening student connections. The club meets every Wednesday at lunch in room C112 and welcomes all AC students to participate. By organizing inclusive activities, AC Speaks aims to turn the size and diversity of AC into a source of unity and opportunity.

The AC Advisory Council (ACAC) is a key leadership group that meets monthly—every second Thursday in Conference Room B—to support and shape the direction of the Academic Choice community. By collaborating with local leaders, the ACAC helps guide initiatives, raise funds, and sustain the growth of AC’s events and field trips. Its role is essential in lending structure, legitimacy, and momentum to the AC community’s collective efforts
