Innovating at the intersection of health tech and sleep science, my role as a CAD and PCB Design Engineer and Product Lead at MZR Neurotech involved spearheading the development of earbuds capable of monitoring sleep conditions and enhancing sleep quality. From conceptualization to manufacturing, I led the device development cycle, refining designs, leveraging CAD and PCB Design techniques, and employing state-of-the-art SLA 3D printing for rapid prototyping.
Through collaborative cross-functional efforts, we optimized mechatronic components, engineered innovative injection molding processes, and conducted rigorous testing to ensure seamless integration and performance.
