Leadership Team

LavenderCal leaders celebrate the diversity of our community members’ lived experiences and strive to foster a sense of belonging, pride, and joy for all LGBTQ+ staff and faculty on campus through our events. We invite LavCal community members to host events and volunteer with us! We are actively working to make our events more welcoming for all of our members, especially those with intersectional identities. One way we're doing this is by hosting events that center QBIPOC community members; another is co-hosting events with other official UC Berkeley identity-based staff orgs like APASA.
