Please note that the Hotel Shattuck Plaza is a non-smoking hotel and does not have a designated smoking area. (Smoking and use of all tobacco-products are also prohibited on the entire UC Berkeley campus.)

Getting to the Hotel from Local Airports

Hotel Shattuck Plaza is in front of the Downtown Berkeley BART station along Allston Way.

San Francisco International Airport to Downtown Berkeley BART station takes approximately 1 hour and costs about $11.90 in fare.

Oakland International Airport to Downtown Berkeley BART station takes approximately 40 minutes and costs about $10.70 in fare.

Getting to Campus from the Hotel Shattuck Plaza

The hotel is located just two blocks from the western entrance to campus.

We recommend the pleasant walk through campus to our open house (walking directions here). Follow directions to the Campanile and then the Physics buildings will be right in front of you.

There is also a campus bus that picks up right at the Downtown Berkeley BART station that will drop you off at Hearst Mining Circle (Click here for more information)
