1. Hotel Details: The hotel accommodations will be provided by the Hotel Shattuck Plaza (unless you were notified of another location) from March 12th to 14th. Please note the check-in is after 3pm on March 12th and check-out date is Friday, March 14th at 12pm. The address for the Shattuck Plaza Hotel 2086 Allston Way, Berkeley, CA 94704

3.  Faculty Meetings: Scheduling links available here.

4. Reimbursements: To submit your reimbursements for travel to the open house, please fill out this form. The deadline for submission is Friday, March 21st.

5. To get to the Physics Buildings, follow these walking directions to the Campanile (aka Sather Tower), then the Physics buildings will be right in front of you. Event check-in will be on the 3rd floor in room 375. Head's up: the walk to Physics is uphill.
