STRATEGIC PLAN

For the 2022-2023 school year, CEE-FAR has three primary goals:

1) Strengthen community formation amongst members within CEE-FAR

2) Improve collective understanding of the relationship between structural racism, anti-racism, and the CEE department

3) Establish collaborations with other groups outside of CEE-FAR when appropriate for moving forward initiatives in alignment with CEE-FAR's mission and vision.
