Take a break from your usual set up and join classmates in getting stuff done. The 2 hour event will provide a comfortable focus zone to work on your Capstone project deliverables.
Deadline: Space is limited, so RSVP by April 12 @ Noon so we can ensure enough materials and get ready to sip, snack, and study.
If you are on an industry-advised capstone project, your team should have a check-in meeting with your faculty liaison. Your faculty liaison is the instructor of record for E296: The Capstone Project. During the meeting:
Discuss your progress
Ask for feedback on the outline for your final report
Discuss evaluation criteria for E296 (see a section on 'grading')
NDA - To ensure that teams on an industry-led project are in compliance with their project advisors’ NDA, please check with your industry partner to better understand their needs and share your team’s goal for the report and capstone deliverables. Having your industry partner and faculty advisor review the report content prior to submission in your E295 course is strongly encouraged.
Refer to the 2024 Capstone Reporting Deliverables.
Capstone check-in meeting gives your team an opportunity to discuss and get feedback on project plans, team effectiveness, and deliverable reports. You're welcome to reach out and make an appointment; alternatively, Fung capstone staff will reach out to you.
