May 2: Deliverable #4: Fung Institute End of Year Showcase Event (REQUIRED)

The Final Showcase event is a chance for student teams to showcase their project and all the work over this past year with our MEng community, Berkeley campus, and beyond. This event will be attended by the COE Community, FI Partners, MEng Alumni, recruiters, and family and friends. With over 400 guests in attendance, it’s one of largest exhibitions on campus. This year, 58 MEng student teams will showcase their work in a tabletop and poster display format. 

If your team does not sign up for a table top/demo or team poster display, your attendance and participation is a program requirement; it’ll also be factored into your E295 participation grade. On the day of the event, students who are not presenting will be required to visit exhibitors, ask questions and follow prompts that will be released the day you arrive at the event. More information will be released on event day (May 2).
