As mentioned above, We chose this general area because we recognized the widespread frustration and inefficiency surrounding coupon management in today's digital age. Our team observed the significant challenges users face in organizing and accessing their discounts amidst a flood of promotional emails and spam messages from our interviews. We want to change that.
Understanding how individuals currently manage/ organize their discounts provides insights into existing behaviors. This information is crucial to creating a product that aligns with users' current practices, ensuring that it is user-friendly and integrates seamlessly into their routines.
Determining the frequency of discount utilization helps gauge the importance of discounts in consumers' decision-making processes. This information aids in designing features that encourage regular app engagement, providing timely and relevant discount information to users.
Identifying the specific purposes for which individuals use coupons will help to tailor our product's features. Understanding whether users are seeking discounts for groceries, clothing, electronics, etc. allows for a more targeted and personalized app experience.
