Bentonville NJROTC plays a tremendous role in the school, community, and in the NJROTC Area 19 area of operations. While not all inclusive, below is a listing of some of these activities through any given school year.
The Bentonville NJROTC Program participated in the Bomber Classic Drill Meet 5-6 Dec 2025. This event is hosted by the Mountain Home NJROTC in Mountain Home, AR. Check out the below link to review their event website and see team standings.
The Bentonville NJROTC Program participated in the Grizzly Battalion Mega Meet on 13-14 Feb 2026. This event is hosted by the Northside Grizzly Battalion in Fort Smith and was held onboard Ft. Chaffee. Check out the below link to review their event website and see team standings.
The NJROTC Area Manager Inspection (AMI), took place on 18 Mar 2026, at Bentonville High School. This was a high-stakes annual evaluation essential for maintaining a unit's formal accreditation and federal compliance. This event required the unified effort of Cadet Leadership, school administration, and the local community to showcase the program's excellence in leadership, discipline, and administrative rigor. Cadets underwent unit inspections, delivered command briefings, and performed a formal Pass-in-Review. AMI serves as the ultimate benchmark for unit health and cadet proficiency, all cadets were required to attend. Community Members and spectators were in attendance. The Bentonville NJROTC program will be holding its annual end of year banquet on 10 Apr 2026, held at the NWA Armed Forces Reserve Center. This is a business-professional event. Doors open at 5:30 PM with the program starting at 6:00 PM and will feature a catered meal, change of command, senior recognition, and cadet award ceremony. Official ticket sales are ongoing. The Bentonville NJROTC Program is thrilled to announce its participation in the 2026 National High School Drill Team Championship!
The National High School Drill Team Championships is one of the largest scale opportunities for units to showcase their units training abilities. Units/Cadets test their skills against hundreds of units around the globe and across the various service branches of the Citizenship Development program. This is a pinnacle event for Programs/Cadets who have worked to active perfection in their craft and to put that to the test at one of the highest levels possible.
