VEGETABLE OIL
Vegetable oil is a mild, odorless, flavorless, light-colored cooking oil that is good for cooking, frying and for making salad dressings. Any oil made from plants, whether it's derived from seeds, grains, nuts or fruits, is considered a vegetable oil.
WHAT IS A VEGGIE OIL?
Vegetable oil is made by crushing dried soybeans, then spinning to separate the oil from the plant matter, before distilling and refining it to remove as many impurities and other contaminants that could affect the flavor, color and aroma of the oil.

PROPER STORAGE
Place it in a cool, dark, and dry place—preferably a cool place like a pantry away from appliances and sunlight because heat breaks down the oils, making them rancid, and it's best to use a glass bottle or airtight container.
PROPER DISPOSAL
Place it in an old carton or a sealed/non-breakable container, such as an old oil bottle. Refrigerate the oil overnight until it solidifies into grease. Place the container in a garbage bin, properly sealed.
