R.I.S.E. Literacy Professional Development

RISE stands for Resources Impacting Student Excellence.  All of the PD sessions available are tailored to certain teacher and support professional groups.   They are 30-40 minutes long, designed and delivered by PK-6 Literacy Coach Maria Fadden, and are a hit among staff so far!  So much so they've requested 10 brand new sessions already for 2024!

As of January 1, 2024 - RISE PD has 9 total sessions ready to go and being accessed/scheduled!

Another 10 sessions are in various stages of development and will roll out as they are finished!

This newsletter series is developed specifically for parents to help them better understand how literacy instruction is shifting and changing, for the better!  Topics are varied but some do align directly with the RISE PD sessions.
