We are fully licensed and insured and proud to provide regular mow and yard care services to residential and commercial sites around the Gainesville area. We provide personalized care and management plans for your site depending on your needs and only use quiet electric equipment. We are committed to professional service and have staff regularly participate in training's provided by the University of Florida Institute of Agriculture Sciences, the Florida Association of Native Nurseries, and the Florida Native Plant Society.
We offer two ongoing regular maintenance packages- "Full Sun Flourish & Thrive" and "Simple Sprout". Our maintenance pricing is set as a flat monthly rate, which is prorated over the entire year. This means the cost stays the same each month, regardless of how many visits occur that month. Making budgeting easier for us and you.
The Full Sun Flourish & Thrive package includes visits at a minimum of every two weeks year round. And weekly visits during peak seasons of grass growing or leaf litter falling. It is designed for yards or sites that need to stay looking clean and tidy and/or have vigorous growth or other maintenance needs. It also includes roof blowing and gutter cleaning for most locations.
Our Simple Sprout package is for sites with lower maintenance needs and is every two weeks during the peak growing season (April-Oct) and once a month during slower months (Nov-Mar). This plan does not include any roof maintenance, but these services are offered at an additional charge.
We are also now offering complementary wildflower seeding as a part of our regular maintenance services! 🌼❤️🦋 Butterflies, bees, and other animals rely on longer grasses and wildflowers for habitat and food. Leaving part of your lawn seasonally unmowed is a great way to increase biodiversity and support wildlife in our communities, as well as add color and life to your lawn. Through the fall, we would seed your lawn with a wildflower mix. Then, throughout the winter months through the spring, we would refrain from mowing a portion or all of your yard. The goal would be for your yard to resemble wildflower plantings in pastures or along roadways that bloom in the spring. All other aspects of your regular service like edging, trimming, and blowing would continue as normal and then regular mowing would resume during the summer peak growing season.
Full Sun Flourish & Thrive Regular Maintenance (billed monthly): Full yard service including: regular mowing, edging, weeding, blowing, debris clean up, hedge trimming, leaf removal, pruning, most roof and gutter clean outs (steep-pitched roofs and/or multi-story buildings not included). Every two weeks or weekly during peak maintenance season, average 39 visits a year. Our maintenance pricing is set as a flat monthly rate, which is prorated over the entire year.

Micro Yard: $165/monthly
Simple Small Yard: $254/monthly
Usual Medium Yard: $297/monthly
Large Complicated Yard: $492/monthly
Grand Estate/Housing Complex: $924/monthly
Simple Sprout Regular Maintenance (billed monthly): Full yard service including: mowing, edging, weeding, blowing, debris clean up, hedge trimming, leaf removal, and pruning. Our free estimates are done remotely. For in person estimates we charge a $60 consultation fee. That fee goes towards any future project final bill.
