Beechland Academy of Music offers weekly, private lessons in various instruments. Private lessons are unique from that of a group setting because they offer one-on-one time with an instructor who specializes in your instrument. Therefore, the instructor can focus on the needs that are specific to you or your child.

Once you register with the instructor of your choice, you will need to acquire an instrument, sheet music and/or method books, a music stand, a notebook for parents to jot down weekly assignments and any other accessories specified by your teacher. Most instruments can be rented on a monthly basis. Piano students will need to discuss purchasing options with their instructor.

In February of 2021, Beechland Academy of Music launched it's first ever string orchestra class! The class is intended for students in 2nd grade and above who play the violin, viola, cello or double bass. Online registration is available or you can call the academy director for details.
