I wish all of our rising 7th graders all of the best as you transition to Ross A. Lurgio Middle School! Mrs. Detwiler, the RAL Librarian, is excited to meet and work with you in the beautiful Ross A. Lurgio Media Center. The books and I will miss you as you move on, but you can always interlibrary loan (ILL) titles from McKelvie next year.
To our rising 5th and 6th graders, I can't wait to work with you during the 2026-2027 school year! Please feel free to use this page to help drive your summer reading and fun.
Summer reading is the best type of reading because YOU get to choose what you want to read, listen to, and relax with. There are no assigned texts for our students. Read what you want, how you want, where you want, and when you want. Enjoy your reading freedom and read what you love.
Have a safe and wonderful summer of 2026 filled with many adventures in reading!
~Mrs. Cote
