Good to know
If payment is not made your grade level payment window, you will be removed from your intersession and will join the next class' registration group.
Roster openings are only updated once a week between registration windows.
Intersessions must respect the policies of the clients and municipalities they partner with. Students who feel they can not comply will not be able to participate.
Intersessions have minimum roster sizes. It is rare, but an Intersession may not attract enough student interest to pay for itself and may need to be cancelled. That information has now been included for consideration.
Review full itinerary: Click the button that links to the intersession leaders' most up to date intersession plans. Check for scheduling issues before committing to an extended trip.
Request a spot with SCHED Learn how to use SCHED by reviewing this document. SCHED will only work for students when registration has been opened for their class year (Approximately 8 p.m. on the Tuesday of each registration week). This is the official and live registration data: If SCHED lists the intersession as full, that intersession is currently full.
Monitor Power School For Intersession Fee BHS Intersession will use Power School to assign student's the exact fee they owe once registered for Intersession on Thursday of each week. These fees must be paid by Monday (12:00 P.M.) of the following week for students to remain registered to their chosen Intersession. Students who will be using grant money to cover deposit must have the grant application completed during sign-up to avoid being dropped by this policy.
IB Business Management, IB Physics and IB Environmental exams occur over April break.
Extended trips would conflict with these exams!
