Welcome to the Chill Zone! I designed this space to help you to calm your body and your mind when you are experiencing big emotions. Take a look around and be sure to click on the blue buttons to access all of the supports available here. Try each one out to find out what works for you- one strategy may not be helpful one day, but essential the next. If you try the links in this room but still find that you are struggling, please click on the yellow box that says "I need to speak with Mrs. Coffey." This will direct you to a Google Form to let me know that you are looking to chat.
