Clever Access

On virtual learning days, students can access their work on Canvas from Clever, a single sign-on tool. If you are unfamiliar with Clever, please view the helpful video below for instructions on how to help your child sign in. For further help with Clever or virtual learning, please visit the BCPS Virtual Help Center (HERE) and use the Chat or Email tool to be connected with an Instructional Technology Coach (ITC).

Student Registration for 22/23 -

Please review the enrollment criteria below for both NEW and RETURNING students before making your selection.

Register as a NEW student if your child is:

  • New to Bedford County Public Schools for the upcoming 2022-2023 school year starting August 15th, 2022.

  • A former student - attended Bedford County Public Schools prior to June 1, 2021

  • New Student Registration 2022/2023

Register as a RETURNING student if your child was:

  • Actively enrolled in Bedford County Public Schools on May 19, 2022.

NOTE: You will receive the necessary snapcode via email and/or postal mail to complete your registration. Please contact your child's school if you have not received a snapcode by June 15, 2022.

  • Register for Kindergarten

  • New KG Student Registration (Kindergarten students who are new to Bedford County Public Schools in 2022-2023)


  • Returning Student Registration (former BCPS PK students - please obtain a snapcode during KG registration at your child's school)



  • ● Original Birth Certificate

  • ● Updated physical

  • ● Immunization record

  • ● Proof of residency (copy of lease agreement, mortgage statement, or real estate tax document)
