November 16-18: Three Days of Intense Production

We expect the crew to be on the shoot all day, start to finish unless otherwise discussed.

For Saturday-folk, that includes tear-down.

Our Set Up and Engineering Teams will be at the stadium on Tuesday and Wednesday getting things ready for action.

Here's how Thurs, Friday, and Saturday will look:

6:30a-7a – Drivers pick students up from home or BEC-TV

7:30a – All arrive at US Bank Stadium. Finish any lingering set up, get acclimated. Meet and train students from other schools.

11:30a – Game 1 begins

*Lunch happens somewhere in here*

2p – Game 2 begins

4:30p – Game 3 begins

*Dinner happens somewhere in here*

7p – Game 4 begins

10p – End of Day

6a-6:30a – Drivers pick students up (see below)

7a – All arrive at US Bank Stadium. Get acclimated. Gotta be ready BEFORE other schools arrive at 7:30!

9a – Game 1 begins

11:30a – Game 2 begins

2p – Game 3 begins

4:30p – Game 4 begins

*Dinner happens somewhere in here*

7p – Game 5 begins

10p – End of Day / Out quickly on Friday, Full Teardown on Saturday
