My Motherland's name is Kurdistan. Kurdistan is one of the largest stateless nations in the world, we do not have our own country because WW1 split the nation into 4 regions which still show constant war, battles, and struggles for my people. The 4 regions Kurdistan is split into is Iran, Iraq, Turkey, and Syria. Kurds have freedom and can express their culture and identity in the Iraqi region of Kurdistan called Bashur (Southern Kurdistan), as for the other regions, Kurds are extremely oppressed. I myself am from the Iranian region of Kurdistan called Rojhelat (Eastern Kurdistan). All the Kurds, including me, wish for a Greater Kurdistan in which all 4 regions come together as 1 single united country.

I’m going to talk a little about the park. I choose this topic because most of the week and weekends I’m in my daughter’s soccer practices and games.
I really enjoy the parks especially in the summer when it’s sunny days and I also enjoy it a lot because my daughters have fun in their practice and games and we meet new friends.
When my daughters don’t have a soccer game we also go to the park to have a family picnic.
We enjoy the parks a lot and we have met many parks and friends.

I love spring very much. In spring, nature wakes up from sleep and everything starts to turn green. I love watching the leaves grow, for first flowers blooming, and for fruit trees and bushes blooming. I have a small flower garden in my front yard. There are many different flowers in it. I love to sit in a rocking chair on my porch and admire them, enjoy their aroma and I like watching bees and hummingbirds fly to them. This is my favorite season and place for relaxing.

Many people visit Washington, D.C. to see famous places. There are many monuments and museums, like the Lincoln Memorial and the National Museum of History. The city is clean and beautiful, especially in the spring when flowers bloom. Washington, D.C. is a great place to learn about American history and government.

Ingredients:
• 300 g milk
• 2 tablespoons dry yeast
• 200 g butter
• 6 eggs
• 750 g flour
• 2 oranges (optional)
• 2 tablespoons sour cream
• 250 g sugar
• 2 tablespoons vanilla sugar
• 200 g icing sugar
• 5 large paper baking tins (750 g each)
Instructions:
1. Make the yeast mixture:
Warm the milk (not hot). Dissolve the yeast and 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons flour in the milk. Let it sit for 20 minutes until the mixture starts to steam.
2. Make the dough:
Take the butter out of the refrigerator first, it should be soft.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks
In a bowl, beat the yolks with the remaining sugar and vanilla sugar or liquid vanillin, add sour cream. And cut the soft butter. If desired, add grated orange zest and orange juice. Combine all this with the yeast mixture.
Gradually add the sifted flour, kneading the dough.
3. Cover the dough with a towel and leave it in a warm place for 2-2.5 hours, until it doubles in size.
4. Fill paper forms 1/3 full with dough (it will rise a lot).
5. Let the dough rise in the forms for 1 hour.
Bake:
Preheat the oven to (355-360°F).
Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown. Then increase the temperature to 375 degrees Fahrenheit for another 10 minutes. Check the readiness with a toothpick - it should come out clean.
Beat the egg whites with powdered sugar until peaks form.
Spread the egg white mixture on the top of the Easter bread and sprinkle with colorful sprinkles.
Let it cool. And "bon appetit" to all!
