-Pre-Season training starts on January 7th, 2026! 

Meet in the Southridge weight room M, W, Th for event specific workouts. 

NOTE: Long distance group meets out by our outdoor concessions at 4pm and goes M-F.

2026 Season will start on March 2nd. 

(Meet at 4pm in the fishbowl)

We practice M-F from 4-6pm, 5 days a week.
