The Culinary Assistant Program prepares students with disabilities for careers in food service and custodial service. This program, designed specifically for people with significant barriers to employment has been offered by PCC since the 1970’s.

Edwards Center offers day support services that provide alternatives to employment for people who are retired or who simply want to stay socially connected to their peers. During the day, staff lead group activities that promote continuing education and social stimulation. It may include community outings, social skill building and therapies.
