Description: The LifeWorks NW Early Assessment and Support Alliance Team (EASA) is committed to building relationships with individuals (age 15-25) with emerging symptoms of psychosis. 6. Youth Villages (YV) LifeSet

Description: Our YVLifeSet specialists help former foster youth and other vulnerable youth ages 17-22 (esp. Individuals with emotional disturbance and developmental delays) identify their goals and guide them in various areas: college, employment, housing, money management, medical insurance, community resources, and relationships.

6. Homeplate:

Description: HomePlate is Washington County's only non-profit provider of drop-in centers and street outreach for young people experiencing homelessness.

  • Drop-In: Hosted three nights a week and on Tuesday afternoons, our drop-in is available for youth to hang out, grab dinner and access resources.
  • Outreach: Our outreach team travels throughout Washington County to meet youth where they are.
  • YEP: Our Youth Employment Program connects youth in our community with positive avenues for stabilizing and sustainable employment.

7. Dream Builders Alliance

Description: Dream Builders Alliance puts young adults in the driver seat, focusing on their strengths and interests to set goals and develop skills. We assist young adults to set vocational goals, make plans for the life they want, and we encourage skill building in the community.

Young adults are matched one-on-one with a volunteer mentor to explore their dreams and goals. Mentor matches meet up in the community weekly for six months.
