School Activities

Haunted House

Every October, ASB teams up with staff members and PTA members to create a Haunted House in the MPR. Anyone can help work with the Haunted House during lunch or after school.

❄Winter Window and Door Decorating❄

For winter spirit, ASB is decorating our school windows and/or doors winter themed.

🍂Fall Door Decorating🍂

For fall spirit, we are decorating our school doors fall themed.

★House Sorting★

At Summerwind Trails, we have houses (Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, & Black/Purple). Every year we sort our new trailblazers into a house with a big event in the MPR. We do activities to earn "House Points". Whichever house that has the most House Points at the end of the school year, wins!

☀ Fun Fri-Yays! ☀

On some Fridays, we have fun activities out at recess for 3rd-8th graders. Activities include cornhole, limbo, giant Jenga, face paint, and freeze dance. There are usually prizes, and we encourage kids to join in.

🎂Birthday Celebration🎂

Every month, we celebrate student birthdays with custom birthday cards made by ASB members. We make sure to put a lot of effort into each of these individual cards with the vision to make them feel appreciated for their birthday.
