If you would like to schedule a request to speak to your counselor, please fill out this form. Due to the high volume of submissions, counselor’s response time is longer than usual. If you have submitted a request, please do not submit another one. Allow your counselor 3-5 business days to get back to you. After that, email your counselor asking for an update. 

Please come to the counseling office and speak to Ms. Bernal or Mrs. Diaz if you have any questions.

PLEASE NOTE: Counselors are not taking anymore schedule change requests. The deadline for submitting that form was 8/18/23. This form is for any other counseling request need. DO NOT SUBMIT THIS FORM FOR A SCHEDULE CHANGE. IT WILL NOT BE HONORED.

Requests for schedule changes will not be honored unless it is necessary for the student to be on track with meeting graduation requirements or post-graduation program requisites. Some courses, if at capacity, were removed and a backup/alternative course was added to replace the original selected course. In addition, some courses may have changed to assist students with meeting graduation requirements. The assigned counselor will discuss those situations with students individually in a timely manner.
