Registration Information
Please use this Google Form to register for conference.
Conference cost will be $215. A late fee of $65 will be applied after July 1st. Please make sure the address for payment is correct with your district so that registration checks are sent to the new address (PO Box 765 Loris, SC 29569). A new W-9 was sent earlier this year and an additional copy can be requested from Clair Hammonds.
Travel Information
