If you are running an earlier version of Widows you will need to update. In the search bar type in "update" and click on "Windows Update Settings". Run the update. It could take several hours so please makes sure you have your laptop plugged in, and open during the process (you can lock your screen using the Windows Icon + L.
Panel schools will be getting new Firmware installed in the next few months. This will change the look and some functionality of the home screen on the panels. Schools will receive training along with the update.
