Week 4 reflection

1) The learner profile I displayed this week was . . .

This week, I displayed the learner profile "Balanced". I have given myself a balance between the important aspects of life, such as exercise,learning,hygiene etc. Balancing your daily life is very important for your wellbeing, as if you do one thing too much, then it won't be good for you. You need to balance all the 5 ways to wellbeing, as they are all equally important. Balancing your life is also a good way to keep up with things and not be behind.

2) I showed this when I . . .

I showed this when I gave myself a daily schedule on what to do at certain times. Every day for this week, I made a schedule that included things like work, exercise,reading and more. Overall I think this was a good idea, as I was able to follow it most of the time. However, sometimes I misjudged the time that would be needed to do the certain activity, so the rest of the schedule got a little bit messy. I will definitely try to do it again in the future.
