Ryder Carroll believes that we are responsible for the decisions we make in life, But making decisions is really hard. It is something we will struggle with our whole lives. When Ryder Carroll was young he was diagnosed with attention death disorder. At the time there was not a lot know about the condition, and most of the tools didn't match his mind-set. Some were even to expensive.

Using the bullet journal method, Ryder soon out grew his ADHD.

Ryder shared this method with his friends, and was surprised to see that it worked for them as well.
