The Science Behind Bullet Journaling

Studies suggest that we have over 500, 000 thoughts every day! When people have lots of thoughts, they are considered busy, and being busy usually means that some one is functionally overwhelmed. This is due to the over whelming amount of choices we have to make. Having a choice is a privilege, but it is a privilege that comes with a cost. Every Choice we have to make comes with a decision, and every decision requires lots of focus.

Focus requires our 2 most valuable resources, Energy and Time. People don't like to use Energy and Time because it is really stressful.

Decision fatigue is a condition were people stuff all there decisions at the back of there head, until there is no more space, which causes anxiety and stress.

It is vital for human beings to have room to focus, so how do we create room?

First, you must take every thing out of the back of your head. A good place to put all those thoughts and decisions is on paper. But not just any piece of paper you can find. you should write these thoughts on a note book, in a specific method, called the Bullet Journaling method. In the bullet journaling method you take the decisions and divide them into 3 different categories, what you want to do, what you need to do, and what you should do.
